In March 2009, Eden took her solo show entitled "Me" to Joe's Pub in NYC for a series of concerts following her three performances of the show towards the end of Wicked' Theater LA run. She is scheduled to return to Southern California with her show on Friday, July 24, 2009 at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre. Eden was featured as a soloist for Disneyland's new firework spectacular "Magical" premiering in the summer of 2009, where she sang Magical's theme song as well as classic Disney tunes like "Baby Mine".

Wicked Broadway BrooklynEspinosa created and developed the title role of the lead character "Brooklyn" for the musical Brooklyn over the course of two years. Brooklyn had its world premiere on April 30, 2003 and ran until June 15, 2003 at the Denver Civic Center. Cheap Wicked Tickets Espinosa made her Broadway debut as a lead, performing the role of Brooklyn, for Brooklyn, on October 24, 2004. She performed the role through its close on June 26, 2005.Espinosa was nominated for a 2005 Drama League Award for Distinguished Performance for playing the title role in Brooklyn. Eden is featured on the Original Broadway Cast Recording of Brooklyn.

Differences from the original novelOz, and Dorothy's time there, is real in the book, not just a dream. The Good Witch of the North (who has no name in the book), the Good Witch of the South Glinda, and the Queen of the Field Mice are merged into one omniscient character. Wicked play To take advantage of the new vivid Technicolor process, Dorothy's silver shoes were changed to ruby slippers for the movie. There are at least 44 identifiable differences between the original Wizard of Oz book and this movie interpretation.

The 1939 movie interprets the Oz experience as a dream, in which many of the characters that Dorothy meets represent the people from her home life (such as Miss Gulch, Professor Marvel and the farmhands, none of which appear in the book). In L. Frank Baum's original novel, Oz is meant to be a real place, one to which Dorothy would return in the author's later Oz books and which would later provide Wicked Musical  a refuge for Aunt Em and Uncle Henry when unable to pay the mortgage on the new house that was built after the old one really was carried away by the tornado.

The smash hit musical WICKED Plays celebrated its 1000th performance at the sell-out matinee on Saturday 14 February.
